Bonarda Count Anselmo Oltrepò Pavese DOP Tenuta Fornace Organic Vegan
Since 1823 Tenuta Fornace winery produces excellent Bonarda organic wine in a vineyards on the border between the northern Italian regions of Lombardy (Oltrepò Pavese) and Piedmont.
Type of Wine: Semi-sparkling Red.
Refinement: Alcholic fermentation occurs in stainless-steal tanks exclusively with indigenous yeast contained in the grapes.
Maceration on skins for 12-15 days at controlled temperature subsequent aging in steal tanks for some months. After natural refermentation, which adds liveliness, aging in bottle for some months.
Grapevine: Made from the grape variety sometimes known as Croatina.
Alcohol: 13 % Vol.
Colour: Deep ruby red with purple highlights.
Perfume and Taste: Intense extra-ripe fruit aroma with vinous scent. Soft, persistent, finish with delicate almond taste.
Notes: No added sulphites it contains natural sulphites obtained by fermentation.
Organic and vegan certified.
